Charles joined CAS in 1998. A leading occupational psychologist, his main fields are performance assessment and organisational culture. He has led the development and validation of the tools, models and methodologies that underpin our work.
Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. Member (and past Chairman) of the BPS Test Standards Steering Committee. Non executive director of Cambridge Occupational Analysis.
Chris’ main interest is corporate governance. From this perspective, he has led the development of approaches to asset management and health and safety which emphasise business value, organisational capability and competence management.
Chair, Institute of Asset Management Qualifications and Professional Development Committee. Co founder and non executive director of a number of professional engineering practices. Director of London Reuse Ltd.
